Electric shock machine series here associated with Toqueros and their shock boxes, traditional activity in the historic center of Mexico City. Popularly used to relieve stress and drunkenness - or test the courage - through which people self-inflicted electric currents. Dynamos and batteries, oranges, peppers and corn are associated here to remind us of the cultural shocks and processes of the Portuguese and Hispanic colonization. These devices are manufactured to an artistic and sensory experience with the exhibition visitors.

Three versions of the shock machines were exhibited: I. 15° Encontro Internacional de Arte e Tecnologia (#15.ART), Museu Nacional da República, Brasília, October 2016; II. Factors 4.0 Bio Arte - Festival de Arte, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul, Labart/ UFSM, Santa Maria, RS, August, 2017 and; Naturaleza Viva – BIENALSUR – Muntref Caseros, Buenos Aires, Argentina, from November 7 to December 17, 2017; III. Circuit Alameda, individual exhibition held at Alameda Art Laboratory, Mexico, from June 5 to August 5, 2018.
